6 months after planting, another suckers should be produce round the parent one. Which mean 6 months after you harvest the first parent you weed need to come back again to harvest another set of plantain on the same spot.
This geometry will keep repeating itself until the soil is weak or if you are tired of clearing the weed from the farm.
Planting Period
Our Plantain suckers can be planted round the year. It has no specific period of planting but the best and suitable period is end of dry season towards beginning of rainfall. Or depend on soil. In case you intend to plant on swamp area, dry season is the best period to plant.
